Return Policy

We accept returns but they must meet the following criteria. The watch/bag etc must be returned in new and unused condition. It must be wrapped well in the original boxes it came with and warranty card and all parts and accessories to insure a refund. We cannot accept any returns of items that have been used. Instructions for returning a replica watch to TomsReplicas:

1. The watch must be unused! None of the links can be removed! It must be packaged well.
   
   
2. Send us an email from our contact page and we will give you an address of where to send the watch. There is a 5% restocking fee for all returns, exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. More exchange details please read exchange policy.
   
   
3. You should send the watch back to use via some means that has a tracking number, etc Register airmail, USPS or FedEx. Shipping the watch back will be at your expense.
   
   
4. When you return it, please tell us your Register number, USPS tracking number or FedEx number. If you do not use a method that has a tracking number we simply cannot cover the cost of the watch if it happens to be lost in transit.
   
   
5. We will refund you the same way you paid, likely back to your credit card. We will be deducting the payment charges, restocking fee and the shipping charges. We will issue a refund within 3 days from when we receive the watch back.
   
   
6. If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.

Warranty Policy

We cover all watches to any manufacturer's defects. This does not cover customer abuse, or normal wear and tear (e.g scratches, broken glass etc). Our watches are water resistant, this does not mean they are to be used while shower, swimming, saunas, etc. They can handle a little bit of moisture but are by no means meant for this type of water use. Any water damage to the stem(crown), clasps etc are not covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with the look of the watch you received you can exchange it. This can only be done once. It must be returned in new unused condition. No links can be removed and it must be packaged very well.

Money Back Policy

1. A complete refund will be sent to you if we sent you the incorrect watch. If the watch is not the same as the picture posted on TomsReplicas we will notify you before shipping. If you do not like the usually very slight differences you can then exchange for another watch or ask for a refund. The return of the watch you will still have to pay for. 2. A full refund will be issued if the watch is seized by customs. We must receive notification from the shipping courier before refund will be issued.
   
   
3. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the item back.
   
   
4. Refunds are subject to deduction of our shipping cost, payment charges and a 5% restocking fee.
